Signals cannot be resold, redistributed, or syndicated. Forwarding our alerts to external channels, discord servers, group chats, or integrating them into third-party automated trading bots without an explicit Enterprise licensing agreement will result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.
We believe in a minimalist approach to data. Juxta operates with mythological efficiency, collecting only what is absolutely necessary to deliver the engine's insights to you.
We operate natively in Web3. All subscription payments are processed securely via NOWPayments, our official cryptocurrency payment gateway. Juxta does not request, have access to, nor do we store fiat credit card numbers, bank details, or sensitive financial data. Your blockchain transactions remain pseudo-anonymous according to standard network protocols.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your Telegram ID is used solely by our internal engine to route your signals. We will only disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

Because the value of this service is delivered immediately upon activation and the data cannot be "returned," all subscription payments are strictly final and non-refundable.
Because our payments are processed directly via cryptocurrency networks (e.g., USDT, SOL, BTC), all transactions are cryptographically verified and strictly irreversible. Please ensure you are sending the exact correct amount to the correct network address during checkout.
You may cancel your subscription renewals at any time. When you cancel, your alerts will remain active until the end of your current 30-day billing cycle, after which you will not be billed again. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.
